Sound travels at 1130 feet per second. This is roughly 1 ms per 1 foot (9/10 MS to be exact). You can use that formula to calculate distances. You delay by measuring the distance of all monitors from your main stacks. The actual processing can be done from the outboard (or internal effects) of the console or from the crossover.
